If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

As a registered user of Broadstone Equestrian Ltd, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s), including third party offers. We may from time to time send you our monthly newsletter. You may opt-out from receiving special promotions or our newsletter by emailing or selecting to unsubscribe as may be provided in the applicable e-mail correspondence.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your security is paramount to us. We use a reputable third party to process all payments ‘Stripe Europe Ltd’ (Data Protection Ref: 13901/A), and you agree that we can store your information with this party. You also acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any third party security breaches.

Creating an account is optional when using our site.

VISITING CONDITIONS

All horses brought to Broadstone Equestrian must come from a disease-free yard and be disease-free. There should be no confirmed cases of strangles at the yard of origin in the previous 8 weeks, and no outstanding veterinary advice that would prevent travel to Broadstone. The use of Broadstone Equestrian facilities is at the individual’s own risk, and Broadstone Equestrian accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury to persons or property while on-site. If an instructor is engaged, it is the individual’s responsibility to ensure the instructor is suitably qualified and insured. Riding hats and protective clothing must be worn at all times, adhering to current British standards. The yard area is private, and access is only permitted with prior permission. No hay nets should be tied outside trailers or horseboxes, and horses must not be allowed on the grass around the car park or arenas, nor should they be grazed on any grassed areas. Individuals are required to clean up all droppings and mess from the driveway, car park, and arenas before leaving, ensuring no droppings are left in the arenas. No horse or pony is to be left unattended unless securely fastened inside a trailer or horsebox. All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No dogs are allowed on-site. By entering Broadstone Equestrian, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS

Arena Hire

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the arena hire. In the event of cancellations due to bad weather, a full refund or reschedule will be offered, at the discretion of Broadstone Equestrian.

Lessons

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson will be charged a £20 deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the lesson. In cases of bad weather, a full refund or reschedule will be provided at the discretion of Broadstone Equestrian.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your booking to accept or decline your booking. The Company reserves the right to decline bookings to any party.

REGISTRATION DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

By using the Site or subscribing to Broadstone Equestrian Ltd  you agree to: (a) provide accurate information about you on the Site (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Company; (c) maintain the security of your password; (d) notify us immediately of any breach of security connected with your account; (e) accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account; and (f) accept all risks of unauthorised access to the data and any other information you provide.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Broadstone Equestrian Ltd, its directors, investors, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to death, illness, medical complaints, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the site, our products, the services, Broadstone Equestrian Ltd. British law shall apply to these Terms, and the parties agree to submit all disputes between them to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.

TERMINATION

Broadstone Equestrian Ltd reserve the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your account and/or to block your use of the Site.

CHANGES TO SITE TERMS

Broadstone Equestrian Ltd reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
