Outdoor arena hire with a course of XC fences. Solid fences designed and built to practice the more technical aspect of XC. Perfect for all levels. Heights ranging from 50cm-95cm.

£30 per hour for up to 2 horses, additional £10 per extra horse.

Terms and Conditions

Please check and confirm by ticking the box that you agree with our terms and conditions before booking our facilities:

  • My horse is coming from a disease free yard and is disease free.
  • There have been no confirmed cases of strangles at my yard in the previous 8 weeks and there is no veterinary advice outstanding that would prevent me from travelling to Broadstone.
  • I understand the facilities at Broadstone are used at my own risk and that Broadstone Equestrian accept no responsibility for damage to person or property that might occur whilst at Broadstone.
  • If I am engaging in the services of an instructor, I am responsible for ensuring they are suitably qualified and insured.
  • Riding hats & protective clothing must be worn up to current British standard.
  • The yard area is private, please do not enter without permission.
  • No hay nets should be tied outside of trailers/horseboxes.
  • Do not let horses go on the grass around the carpark or arenas. Do not graze horses on any of the grass.
  • Please make sure any droppings/mess is picked up from the driveway or carpark before you leave.
  • Please make sure all droppings are picked up from in the arena. Do not leave any trace of droppings in the arenas.
  • No horse or pony is to be left unattended unless correctly secured inside the trailer/horsebox.
  • All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • No dogs are allowed onsite.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for arena hire.

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hrs notice – no charge or reschedule.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice – will be charged full cost of arena hire.
  • Cancellations due to bad weather will receive a full refund or reschedule. This decision is at the discretion of Broadstone Equestrian.

Cancellation policy for lessons

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hrs notice – no charge or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 48 hrs of lesson – charged £20 deposit.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice – full charge of lesson.
  • Cancellations due to bad weather will receive a full refund or reschedule. This decision is at the discretion of Broadstone Equestrian.
